Microdermabrasion Course
Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical procedure which gently resurfaces the skin. Microdermabrasion exfoliation is performed with medical grade mineral crystals or diamond tip which brushes the skin's surface with the aid of a gentle vacuum. This action removes dead and damaged cells at the skin's surface. By eliminating these surface cells with microdermabrasion, the skin is left soft and supple while forcing the regeneration of new skin cells.
Program Overview:
This course is designed to certify skin care professionals, working aestheticians and health care professionals in the proper use of Microdermabrasion treatments.
Microdermabrasion has developed into one of the most popular procedures in the treatment of fines lines, pigment and mild scarring and has proven to provide extraordinary results for the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin to qualified candidates.
We are raising the standards of the industry by educating our students in an instructor led environment that focuses the teaching methodology on safe and effective results for both the patient and the clinician.
A strong focus is also placed on theory and practical application of both crystals and diamond tip services.
Our classroom dynamics will provide current information to the student to ensure that the learning objectives are met with respect to professional ethics, delivering excellent service, following all safety precautions and set regulations.
